      Yes friends, no person is successful overnight. Behind his success is thousands of days of madness towards your work. जी हा दोस्तो कोई इंसान रातों रात सफल नहीं होता है।उसकी सफलता के  पीछे हजारों दिनों का आपने काम के प्रति पागलपन होता है l हम जब किसी क्रिकेटर, बिजिनेसमैन, या अभिनेता को देखते है तो कहते है यह तो रातों रात सफलता के शिखर पर पहुंच गया,लेकिन वास्तव में ऐसा नहीं होता है। दोस्तो इस दुनिया में लकी कोई नहीं होता है, बंदे की मेहनत ही उसका luck निश्चित करती है ।

आज कल लोग सिर्फ कामयाबी देखते है, पर उस कामयाबी के तक पहुंचने में बंदा कितनी बार फेल हुआ है ये तो केवल वही एक इंसान जनता है। 

क्रिकेटर, बिजनेसमैन ,फिल्मस्टार और सफल लोगो की लाइफ तो ग्लैमरस दिखती है।

लेकिन क्या आप ये जानते है यह तक पहुंचने तक उन्होंने कितनी मेहनत की है?

नहीं ना क्योंकि इनकी मेहनत कभी कैमरे के सामने नहीं आती। कैमरे के सामने तो केवल इनकी कामयाबी आती है । 

दोस्तो ये यहां तक पहुंचने में बहुत बार फेल हुए लेकिन ये हारे नही बल्कि इन्होंने अपने  गुस्से को पागलपन में बदल दिया । ऐसे लोग कई बार गिर पर भी अपने पागलपन

से ही सफल होते है । सफलता पाने के लिए आपको भी अपने गुस्से को पागलपन वा जिद्द में बदलना होगा ।

हमें तो धोनी के बारे में तब पता चला जब उसने एक मैच में नाबाद 183 रन बनाए। लेकिन उसकी इस कामयाबी के पीछे सालो की मेहनत थी । 

यहां तक हमे तो रोहित शर्मा के बारे में तब पता चला जब उसने एक पारी में अकेले 264 रन बना दिए ।

 क्या इसके पीछे एक रात की सफलता थी ? 

 नही न इस पारी के पीछे सालो की मेहनत वा उसका जुनून था । 

 बात करे दुनिया के सबसे तेज धावक उसैन बोल्ट की, तो वह अपने पिछले 3 तीन ओलंपिक में केवल 115 सेकंड दौड़ा । जिसके लिए उन्हे119 मिलियन डॉलर मिले थे यानी लगभग 1 डॉलर पर सेकंड लेकिन इन कामयाब 115 सेकंड के पीछे सालों की मेहनत थी
